Sally Jaeger has 30 years of experience in higher education, primarily in the field of admissions at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. She is currently the assistant dean and director of the MBA program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where she and her team oversee all activities relating to student life, academic records and counseling, international exchanges, and activities and clubs.
As the former director of admissions at Tuck, Sally helped manage the evaluation process of more than 22,000 applications for the MBA program over a period of nine years. During her tenure as director, Tuck saw its international student population grow from 15% to 30+% and enjoy a strong presence from such parts of the world as Asia and Latin America. Prior to Tuck, Sally worked in admissions at the University of Pennsylvania and Dartmouth College.
Sally sat on the boards of the Forte Foundation, the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management and the Mascoma Valley Health Initiative and was a member of the planning board in her hometown. Sally lives in Orange, New Hampshire with her husband, Dick, the former admissions and athletic director at Dartmouth College and her two yellow labs, Sam and Maizie.

As Associate Dean for Innovation and Growth, Punam’s role is to constantly challenge what we do, continuously improve on things we already do, and challenge ourselves to come up with new and different ways of doing things in order to thrive in this new global and virtually competitive environment. Dr. Keller’s academic resume includes degrees from Bombay University and Northwestern, award-winning research, and faculty positions at NYU, Columbia, and UNC. Dr. Keller serves as associate editor of Journal of Consumer Psychology and is on the editorial boards of Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Public Policy and Marketing, and Social Marketing Quarterly. Dr. Keller was formerly the President of the Association for Consumer Research.
Through the years, Dr. Keller has served as a consumer research consultant and educator to a variety of financial educators including FINRA foundation, CFPB, CFA, OECD, Filene Institute, NASAA, DCIIA, Dimensional, Goldman Sachs and NARPP. She has developed social marketing plans to promote financial education for the OFEFA, U.S. Department of Treasury, and NEFE. She served as the Social Marketing Officer of the Financial Literacy Center under Director AnnaMaria Lusardi, funded by the SSA. She teaches Social Marketing and Cause Marketing in the MBA program at Tuck.
Associate Dean for the MBA Program; Signal Companies' Professor of Management
As associate dean for the MBA program, Praveen will continue to help refine the MBA program at Tuck, which remains the hallmark of the school's efforts to create a world class business education. Praveen has won many awards including Core Teaching Excellence Award at the Tuck School from the Class of 2015, 2011 Distinguished Alumni Award, Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, India, Winner, 2005 John D. C. Little Best Paper Award in Marketing Science etc. Praveen has been at Tuck since 1996. He taught at the University of Arizona from 1992-1996.
Praveen received his Ph.D. from Columbia University, New York, PGDM (equivalent to MBA) from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and B.E. from Osmania University, Hyderabad. His past and current advisory positions include (1) BeVocal, Inc. (Santa Clara, CA): 1999-2006, (2) Aten Works (Hyderabad, India), (3) Camellia Clothing Ltd., Bangalore, India. Praveen is a licensed HAM radio operator and enjoys playing cricket, table tennis, and golf.
Associate Dean for the Faculty; Benjamin Ames Kimball Professor of the Science of Administration
Richard Sansing currently serves as Associate Dean for Faculty, working on faculty hiring and promotion as well as budget issues for the Tuck School. He teaches Managerial Accounting; his research involves the application of economic modeling to tax and accounting issues. Richard has been at Tuck since 1998. He taught at the Yale School of Management from 1990-1998, and worked in the tax department of the Houston office of Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1979-84.
He graduated with a BBA in Accounting (1979) and a Ph.D. in Accounting (1990) from The University of Texas at Austin. Richard is an active participant in chess and bridge tournaments. He has been a USCF Expert in chess and is an ACBL Life Master in bridge. He lives in Lebanon, NH with his wife Deana.
